CAPE’s Modern Band Class jams after school at George Washington High School

Spring 2023 CAPE After School Modern Band at George Washington High School (GWHS)

Students in Modern Band study with music teacher Mr. Eilrich and musicians Mike Gore and Aaron Franklin from Muzicnet School of Music.

Students gather in different groups to learn their favorite songs.

Instruments include guitar, bass, drums and vocals.

   

Students practice rock and pop songs, as well as traditional Mexican songs with two singers.

The group into Mexican songs is called Grupo Elegada and they created their own band logo.
