NEW Artist/Researcher Partnerships Announced for 2023-2024
Thanks to the support of our donors, CAPE is pleased to announce the twenty schools participating in the Artist/Researcher Partners (A/RP) for 2023-24. This program provides continued support for seasoned CAPE teacher and teaching artist teams to build on their expertise in arts integration, inquiry, and action research. This year, we will expand our work with more classrooms at Mosaic Elementary School and Pasteur Elementary.
We are also excited to announce four new schools that have completed the 2021-2023 Collaboration Laboratory Program, CAPE’s introduction to arts integration program, into the A/RP. Joining the A/RP network of arts integration practitioners are Dawes Elementary, Prieto Math and Science Academy, Infinity Math Science and Technology, and Spry Community Links High School.
Across the city are 45 teacher and teaching artist A/RP teams collaborating with over 1,300 Chicago public school students.
