Highlights from the report:

The need is great for the positive effects CAPE brings to classrooms, teachers, and students.

CAPE’s teaching artists served 60 schools this year, first with all remote programming and then gradually returning to in-person learning. Despite the virtual programs, our teaching artists were fully present in collaborating with teachers to weave together the arts and academics.

Expansion During Pandemic

In the midst of a global pandemic, CAPE has actually expanded its programs and services. With additional support from generous donors and grants, CAPE is now serving 13 schools with after-school programs, reaching about 100 students per school- or 1300 students every day of the week for the entire school year. In addition, we’ve maintained our school-day partnerships at over 35 sites.
