CAPE 2022 After-School SCALE End of Year High School Exhibition
The 2021-2022 CAPE SCALE After-School program students, teachers and teaching artists celebrated their End of Year Exhibition at the Hairpin Arts Center on May 11, 2022. The show run is from Monday, May 9 through Saturday, May 14, 2022.
Supporting Communities through Arts Learning Environments (SCALE) 2022 is an exhibition of high school students’ creative investigations in the 2021-22 CAPE after-school programs at George Washington, Dyett, and North Grand High Schools. Their investigations were conducted through music, dance, drama, digital art, video, photography, and culinary and horticultural arts. This exhibition of their work underscores learning as a processual experience and process itself as an artistic product that can be documented.
