Convergence 2025

This exhibition of CAPE’s in-school Artist/Researcher Partners Program brings together the artworks of over 1,370 students from 21 Chicago Public Schools.

Convergence investigates academic content learning through artmaking strategies and invites viewers to participate in and explore inquiry as a creative practice.

Featuring students from Douglas Taylor Elementary, Durkin Park Elementary, Gillespie Elementary, Jacqueline B. Vaughn Occupational High School, John B. Murphy Elementary, John T. Pirie Fine Arts and Academic Center, Lake View High School, Louis Pasteur Elementary, Marvin Camras Children’s Engineering School, Mosaic School of Fine Arts, Newton Bateman Elementary, North-Grand High School, Patrick Henry Elementary, Ravenswood Elementary, Ray Graham Training Center High School, Spry Community Links Schools, STEM Magnet Academy, Thomas J. Waters Elementary, Walter H. Dyett, High School for the Arts, William Dever Elementary, and William K. New Sullivan Elementary.
