Artist Statement
As an interdisciplinary artist I focus on photography and cinematography. I have come to understand these not only on a technical level, but a creative level as well. I use photo and video to explore myself, and the many “alter egos’ I feel. I create these ‘alternate versions of myself’ and document them using photography and video. These projects I work on allow me to utilize both of these skills and view myself through a different lens. I love creating a set, a feeling, a world through my work. I want to encapsulates my viewer with all the ideas in my mind.
