Update: CAPE’s Summer Journey to the Allied Media Conference 2017

Back in May we told you about a very special project. With the help of a special group of donors and BAMM!  we sent a group of educators and students from North-Grand High School to 2017 summer’s Allied Media Conference in Detroit! During the four-day conference, our CAPE students and their teachers and teaching artists were inspired by peers and leaders from the fields of art, education, technology, and activism, and learned new ways to engage and transform their Humboldt Park and Chicago communities.
